Yeah this is just what I love. All of this. Give it to me in my veins. Nostalgic indie goodness that’s well made and well sung and well produced. Gimmieeeeeeeeeeeeee

Track Star labels this band in the grunge category but there are also Alternative 90's vibes as well. I discovered this band recently and they just released this, their first full length album and I really think it's quite amazing. This trio is basically new on the scene and are from the UK with a Mexican lead female vocalist who plays bass. I just love their sound. Another hidden gem of a band with only 1500 followers on Spotify. For me there is hardly a weak track on this debut full length album. My only wish is their song "Morbid" from their EP found a way to this full length album relase. The closing track is an absolute standout. Another in a line of smaller market bands that really have a sound that hits for me.

It’s brilliant. She is a gift. The product is stunning. The music is melodic and smooth. I do not think I adore it as much as most do but I think it’s only because I’m not as emotionally smart as most. Lyrically I’m just not that deep to fully grasp her balance without someone telling me it’s brilliant and I don’t think that’s a fair way to judge or rate something. I want to feel it and get it at my level.

My first "new" Rush album I experienced when I was 11 years old in 1982. For me as a lifelong Rush fan this holds a sentimental place in my heart. For me the album is an instant classic. "Subdivisions", "Analog Kid", "New World Man", "Countdown" are the big highlights. As I've matured into my 50's the song lyrics in "Losing It" resonate even stronger. Each track has its own unique story to tell loaded with progressive keyboard stylings that give you a taste of where Rush was headed musically into the mid to late 80's. A reminder of how unique and massively talented this trio has been all while creating a "sound" they enjoyed creating.

Where in the F I have been! This is brilliant! We need to be talking about this band more. Indie electronic shoegaze rock pop….I guess is a good way to describe them. Kinda like Washed out. idk but I love it so damn much. diamonds for me.

What an original group. Folk soul punk vibes all of it. Just wonderful. Kind of Turnstile if Turnstile was folky. Idk it’s perplexing to me at least. In a good way. They are form New Orleans and to me I can feel it. Maybe I’m making that up to fit the narrative. Because Nothing about their music is NO sounding in the traditional sense but the way they play, his voice, the soul of the music all just feel that way to me.

Absolutely gold of an album. Pure rock & roll!

Amazing album. Kamasi is amazing on this.

Sounds like classic Jimmy Smith with more modern beats. Great album for a Saturday night.

I had never listened to album front to back until recently and was so happy I did. Solid album all the way through.

Great first album to a great band. The start of the run of albums which has the famous line “you can only trust yourself and the first six Black Sabbath albums”

My fav Prince Album.

Classic and essential

Truly one of my favorite songs of all time. The backing vocals, the lyrics just the music in general really speaks to my soul. Such a fantastic voice. great car song.

An incredible, soulful, haunting voice.

The most perfect music album I have ever heard, after this id probably put the whiplash one but this is just gold

Maybe one of my fav records from the last few years. Traditional Latin rhythms, exquisite guitar playing, thoughtful funky drumming - they are the mix that is Los Angeles. Saw them at Newport and here in DC. Will see their live show again and again - an electric experience.

Found this album while binging the community and it had me hooked for a good couple months, I'd say my personal favorite song from it was 'can't stand losing you'

A bit too OW OW OW for me

German post-punk/shoegaze???????
