One of the Best Punk-Rock album of 1994

If you are already familiar with the Yawpers then put all your preconceived notions aside because this album is a big departure from past albums. One review I read said this album is a “massive sonic evolution for the Denver roots-punk outfit, shifting away from their historically stripped-down, aggressive guitar-and-drum setup into a richly layered, multi-instrumental landscape.” It’s stunning in so many ways!

As much as I loved the Jackson 5, I'd prefer the Jacksons because of their music

They've been singing Christmas Carols ever since and finally they've gotten a chance to record one

Another covers album by them (like the Motown one, three covers albums recorded) and they finally cemented themselves as Australia's greatest success stories

Their first venture doing a covers album (the original had three Motown albums) paid off and they were finally awarded with the ARIA Award for Highest Selling Album

The whole album sounds almost like they were trying to break the "Bee Gee" mould

My favourite son from this album has to be "Taller, Stronger, Better" because it almost became my theme song during a dark part of my life

His version of "I Wish" sounds so funky

The birth of an Australian superstar

Overall, this album sounds like a true homage to the old Soul classics

First time I heard this, I knew this song would go places (religiously, I mean)

Green Day's music also contributed to my high school days as well

This album is a celebration of George's songwriting and his soulful voice

I've idolised him since I was a kid and to have him as a dear friend - I can't ask for anymore than that

The Rat Pack epitomises entertainment in a jovial way

All of his songs that he recorded are classics in their own right

The songs in this album are timeless

A Canadian pastor and an Aussie pop star "finding faith" in the city of sin? Great!
