Summer after college I was told to listen and it freed me of all concern. Life will be okay, just live it man.

That’s the ticket to freedom, faith, and fear. Take your socks off before they get rocked off.

Simply put… biblical.

This is summer 2026. A Side absolutely rips. This record evokes nostalgia. One will yearn throughout. Well done.

Does it get more honest than this? Probably. But if you want the truth, here’s where it’s at.

Glorious. That voice. The pain, the love, the life. A real beauty this one is.

When you’re listening to it, you know you’re listening to something great. Something to admire in every song. Incredibly human.

This is his best work in my opinion. Doesn’t feel as safe as one would expect. Great debut.

Took me to a place I didn’t know existed. Sounds like it’s been here forever.

It's worth hearing =)

My father sat with the family around the campfire singing his renditions of Rocky Raccoon and James Taylor songs. This album has an indelible quality similar to that. It brings up of a sense of nostalgia like all the times hearing my father sing around the campfire. When there's a musician, like Billy; that has mastered his craft, you listen. Couldn't be more pleased with a new release this year.

A sound all his own, Matthew Dear's Asa Breed album is a sonic soundscape furthering what electronic is, not only in Detroit but also for the world. My only gripe is that he doesn't put out more. Seek out his performance on KEXP. You won't be disappointed.

This feels like a personal and as close to a love letter to Otis's father than anything else put out by the great irrefutable Madlib. Nostalgic and fun, this is a must have for any fan of Jazz, Horace Silver, and of course Madlib. Funky Blue Note is my favorite track on the album.

simply unbelievable!

Breathtaking!

Un gran album! -- Great album1

Incorrectas y talentosas. Mix de estilos y guitarras potentes. Me encantó! -- Incorrect and talented. A mix of styles and powerful guitars. I loved it!

I just re-released this song! had it from 2021. one of my favorite songs I have written!

this album is classic. acid jazz. super cool hip hop, smooth rapping by guru ... some female vocals ... infused with jazz musicians. this album helped introduce me to jazz sounds and helped push me into exploring jazz as a whole.

Simply unbelievable. Pain, pleasure, pity. Transcends nostalgia for me. I love it.
