Sooo many thoughts as I was listening. It started with "who put a pep in MJ Lenderman's step?" followed by "woah this guy's sound is incredible" by the time I got to Bird Woman. I will say it got a little more country than I'm used to in the middle there, but I did still give the whole album a listen and I am glad I did. Also is it glitching because it looks like the songs on the website don't match the ones on the album lol

Incredible performance and production.

Blazing!

Some of the finest music to come out of Philly in a while - Star Moles reminds me of noir Fiona Apple with cosmic crumbs of cameron winter or even some nina simone. Incredible.

Sound quality is superb. Fun to listen to them work thru the same song but each version is fresh.

Washed, raw sound, some tunes are great, but most of the record sounds samey, more like demos.

A perfect album

Not a bad track on this album. Guaranteed mood enhancer.

One of my fav albums ever.

The soundtrack of the long car journeys of my childhood. Grown-up pop genius from one of the best songwriters ever. Infectious world rhythms, with Paul's knowing words painting pictures of real life feelings.

The Japanese wife-and-husband duo - trumpeter/multi-instrumentalist Nahokimama & guitarist/producer Toshiki Soejima, are back with another album on Stereofox Records, this time lead by Naho's trumpets. The 10-track Kimama Beats will put you in the chillest state possible with a meticulous blend of smooth brass, neo-soul guitars & hip-hop beats, blurring the lines between jazzhop, lofi beats, jazz & neo-soul.

Big feelings and the joy of life and music bursts out of Bjork's solo debut. A classic for any age - and the opening salvo of an astounding run of indispensable albums from the Icelandic superstar.

Loved this since it first came out in '93. Not sure why my 15 year old self took a punt on it. But my god, I'm glad I did. Gloriously rich and emotional machine music. Melodies and rhythms far more sophisticated and inventive than the usual 4/4. Warp released some classic techno and ambient in the early '90s. But this is my favourite.

Best titled record of the year. Great Power pop garage rock in the tradition of the Replacements and REM

This rips - Lowly might be the best original song (from a movie) of the decade

Best album ever written, life-changer for me back in the day. Bring it on Live 2027!

Given all they’ve gone through since Fine Art it’s pretty amazing Kneecap had time to record an album and for it to be this good and such a step forward is remarkable

Great score with standalone listening value, excellent for a long run. ROBBED at the Oscars
