Summer grooves, beautiful story telling. You’ll dance, you’ll fall in love. Check out the Roshane remixes as well. There’s something for everyone on this record - music for the people.

LINKIN PARK · 2010
When we think about Linkin Park, the first impression is the nu-metal style—rap over guitar riffs. But when you listen closely to what Linkin Park is really about, you realize that their essence, evolution, and greatest ingenuity lie in this album. For me, it’s the best LP album.

The Avett Brothers · 2007
This album is a masterpiece. When two of the bonus tracks are favorite songs you know you have a good one. Rick Rubin produced, it is the Avett Brothers fifth studio album from Scott & Seth Avett and Bob Crawford on bass. And it is the first album featuring Joe Kwon and his cello which adds a subtle depth you didn’t know was missing from earlier albums until you hear it.

Pescado Rabioso · 1973
Listen, this is Spinetta. An artist born in Argentina. Singer, guitarist, composer and poet, who went through many chapters of his life creating music. This was his band in the early 1970s. Here, Spinetta sounded like Spinetta In 1973, at just 23 years old, he made *Artaud*. It was a Pescado Rabioso album. A great rock band: blues, psychedelic rock, distorted guitars and raw energy. But by the time *Artaud* was recorded, the band had effectively broken apart. Spinetta continued anyway. On his own terms He recorded the album with his brother Gustavo Spinetta, and with Emilio del Guercio and Rodolfo García, his former colleagues from Almendra, his first band. The record was essentially Spinetta's personal statement. The electric fury of Pescado Rabioso gives way to acoustic guitars, unusual harmonies, intimate vocals and surreal poetry. The title refers to French poet and playwright Antonin Artaudwhose work deeply affected Spinetta. He had been reading Artaud's books about Heliogabalus and Vincent van Gogh. Spinetta later explained: “The album was a response to the suffering that comes from reading his works.” That sentence may be the best key to the record. If you have to choose just one song, play Cantata de puentes amarillos And if you like that, play Bajan— one of his most beautiful melodies. You don't need to understand Spanish to begin. Enjoy the trip.

This album is an emotional rollercoaster. Obvious standout tracks like Hate Me and Into the Ocean are well known, but there are plenty of other powerful tracks that are fan favorites. They are also a great, authentic live band.

Jeff Buckley · 1994
There was nothing like Jeff Buckley at the time. He possessed the technique of a virtuoso, an almost unbelievable voice, and yet none of it felt like display. What made Grace extraordinary was his vulnerability. He could do things with his voice and guitar that very few musicians could, but he used that ability to reveal himself rather than hide behind it. How many people heard this album and thought, maybe I can just be myself ?
