I am not a huge country music fan, but this album was a big hit for me. My neurodivergent brain loves it. It's definitely worth a listen.

The Story So Far · 2013
Catchy riffs, aggressive, fast paced, modern punk pop/rock, pinch of emo, and drum fills that’ll tickle your fancy. Seeing them in the fall, fingers crossed parker is dressed like he’s ready for a snowball fight and has still got the finger pointing as always.

One of the most creative relationship concept albums out now. From first meeting to the last time you see someone you love. Short fleeting relationships usually leave the biggest impacts.

Blue Mountain · 1995
This is the fucking summer album, another beautiful gem of the mid-90s alt-country boom. Often forgotten even within the alt-country scene, Blue Mountain embraced their southern culture half a decade before Southern Rock Opera, in a way that went against a lot of the ethos of alt-country at the time. This album slaps so damn hard and it makes me so damn mad it never got the respect it deserved. Just put on Blue Canoe and drive to lake, and tell me that doesn’t make you feel like you’ve achieved aesthetic perfection.

Sons of Bill · 2014
This record should’ve been the best Americana album of the 2010s, I’ll never understand how nobody heard it. The Wilson brothers’ high water mark in terms of songwriting, instrumentalism, stylistic sensibility, and maturity, this is an album of faith-seeking, starting in the unknown and ending not far from it, but with a newfound purpose. “We will look for love and logic, in the dying of the light” We have not found it, we probably never will, but damn we will seek.

Lou Reed · 2003
This 9.0 is because it's a great album but... but listen one particular song. Get a good sound source or headphones and listen to this: Vanishing Act Arranged By [String Arrangement], Conductor [Strings Conducted By] – Jane Scarpantoni Piano – Friedrich Paravicini Vocals, Composed By [String Melody] – Lou Reed Just listen to this song. It is something, right?

Coldplay · 2000
Nothing in Coldplay's Catalogue comes close to the intimacy that Parachutes makes you feel when you're listening to it. Everything feels close and small, and puts you right into the emotion with the music and Chris Martin's vocal performance. Truly an unmatched album of it's time.
