Charli xcx

I’ve become a Charli fan after Brat, and, since the 1975 are my favorite band, and they too have a tendency of dabbling in different styles, I have to say I really liked this. It’s not mind-blowing, and it doesn’t seem to aspire to be - it’s a collection of well-written, well-produced, witty, soul-spilling songs. And that is alright!

🤝🏼

A cultural phenomenon, Brat fuses heavy club beats with raw confessions about envy and aging. Stripping away polished pop, Charli delivers chaotic anthems that double as diary entries. The remix expansion reinvented the record. Pairs with Eilish and Lorde turn party tracks into melancholic reflections, cementing her pop dominance. Just loved it
