spirit blue

Another gorgeous and singular track from Spirit Blue that splits despair and love straight down their middle. Incredibly rich and textural lead guitar with a simple but perfectly paced drum track sit underneath a silk sandpaper vocal track that’s cast out from a tiny room placed at the bottom of a deep gorge

Desire Machine’s deep, crawling baseline and floating, mildly haunting vocals slink along a simplistic drum track and subdued psychedelic surf-rock adjacent lead guitar riffs that create an environment that I’ve yet to find in another song, wholly unique and probably in my top 10 songs I’ve ever heard, this is the one band that I desperately want more from right now
